How many times have you been forced to use a badly designed search box or look through hundred of results to find the content you need? This has happened to all of us more than a couple time, yet this kind of usability problem usually falls far behind other tasks on a company’s list of things to fix.
So I was very glad to get the opportunity to work with an organisation that actually cares about making their site more usable and more useful.
Working with SnappLabs, I redesigned AidsDataHub‘s internal search form as well as their search result, designing the interface for improvements such as color coded result accuracy and live search.
